An exclusive sanctuary of sound and stillness amidst the Indian monsoon.
The Experience
Strictly limited to 3 guests per cohort. Every session, every meal, every moment of instruction is shaped around you. This is not a retreat — it is a private sanctuary.
Your practice unfolds indoors within the acoustic sanctuary of the Navakanu Academy hall. As you play, the monsoon descends freely beyond the glass—nature's own rhythm section.
A private chef prepares all meals with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. Evening jam sessions and immersive sound healing journeys complete each evening.
"The handpan does not merely produce sound — it opens a passage between the world you inhabit and the world that lives within you."

A Sample Day
Each day is orchestrated as its own complete composition — awakening, deepening, and dissolving into rest.
Begin with a wholesome breakfast prepared fresh by your private chef. Then settle into the hall as morning rain descends — two hours of handpan instruction guided by Hindustani classical tradition, D Kurd 9 scale.
A curated lunch, then the afternoon belongs entirely to you. Introspect, read, or return to your instrument privately. The monsoon outside requires nothing of you.
Dinner as the sky deepens. Then — as the rain softens to a whisper — an acoustic evening jam session flows seamlessly into a full immersive sound healing journey. Sleep arrives effortlessly.

Your Guide
SinaSiav is a Nadyoga — Yoga of Sound — researcher, classically trained guitarist, vocalist, flautist, and composer, and a self-taught handpan player and music producer based in North Goa. His tonal world spans the handpan, bansuri, hybrid flutes, and setar: an arsenal of acoustic voices folded into a single, cohesive sonic identity. Holding a 200h YTTC certification and trained at the Varanasi School of Music, he moves between the ancient and the contemporary with rare, unhurried command.
Stage credits include Magnetic Fields Festival (2022 & 2023), opening for Shankar Mahadevan at an outdoor stadium in Bhubaneswar, and sound healing collaborations with Bollywood luminaries. His retreats are ceremony — not curriculum.
Once these cohorts fill, the sanctuary closes until the following season. If this calls to you — the time is now.
